When I saw downward dog, all I could think of was the movie Couple's Retreat. lol!
I've never really given yoga a try. These look easy.
I'm with the majority here, I don't think I could do half of these without extreme pain and discomfort.
Yoga and I just don't get along!!
I did Yoga for about a year. Bikram Yoga required a room 100 degrees or more which makes it tough to do at home.
I have tried a few and they are not all that easy....
