It's a non-dairy beverage made from real almonds that's cholesterol-free, filled with calcium, Vitamins D & E, as well as Vitamin A, and it comes in Original, Vanilla and Chocolate. You can get it unsweetened, too, which is what we buy! You can put it in just about anything you can put milk in, and it'll make it creamier tasting! We like it in oatmeal, tea and hot cocoa!
