Thursday Thirteen - Reasons People Don't Keep Those New Year's Resolutions!
Since I gave you a list of the most popular New Year's Resolutions in another TT, I thought I'd share thirteen of the most popular reasons people don't keep those resolutions!
1. They try to go it alone
2. The goal they set is too high
3. They give up too easily
4. They can't fit it in their schedule
5. It's too expensive
6. Their resolutions are unrealistic
7. They don't have a plan on how to keep their resolutions
8. They're not honest with themselves
9. They go into it with the wrong perspective
10. They don't believe in themselves
11. They don't have clearly defined goals
12. They make too many resolutions at once
13. They forget to reward themselves when they stick to their goals

They were talking about this the other morning on GMA. Their best advise was to set one small, realistic goal. My T13 post
One way to help keep your resolution is to write it down where you can see it every day. This is something that I forget to do! LOL1
Heather - That makes sense!
Susan - That's a good tip, too!

Exactly why I quit making resolutions many many years ago.
I've let a few of these stop me in the past. Now I don't make resolutions. Great TT.
Those are all perfectly good excuses for failure.
Claudia - I don't make them, either!
Jennifer - Me, either!
Alice Audrey - LOL!

Nope - not a resolution maker, me. It's less pressure on me, this way. Heh.
I just try to get into good habits when I find myself making bad choices. It sometimes takes several attempts to get it to "stick", but it's worth the effort. :)
Kimberly - Exactly what I do, too!

Yep, and these are all reasons I'm guilty of. LOL. Happy Thursday, Paige!
Stephanie - LOL!

I don't make resolutions these days. I aim for good habits during the year. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
Shelley - Me, too!
