I'm so a "classic" Sesame Street person. I love the Count, I love Oscar and Cookie. Elmo annoys me - constant third person self reference. ugh. Still, Sesame Street is a classic for a reason. Happy birthday, SS.

As I scrolled down I was thinking oh, he's/she's my favorite and then the next one would be there. They've all been part of our lives for so long. But I do love Elmo ... he's just so darn cute. Happy T13 Paige!

Animal was always my favorite. The drummer. He was awesome.
And Oscar was second.
I used to sing "I love Trash" at the top of my lungs when I was kid. (Of COURSE I don't do that anymore.)

I loved Oscar, Grover and Cookie Monster, but Mr. Snuffleupagus was always my favorite. Who wouldn't want a giant wooly mammoth for a friend? LOL

I keep thinking of Muppets instead of Sesame Street. Sigh.

So fun to remember all the great characters, though!

Thanks, Paige!

Sesame street started too late for me, I was already in HS. But my nephew and daughter have both watched it.

I liked the origenal Muppet Show put on by Jim Henson.

Happy TT.

These are good - these are very good! I love The Count, Guy Smiley, The Amazing Mumford and Sherlock Hemlock. I also loved Don Music, a composer at the piano who would get suck in the middle of a new song, cry "I'll never get it right, never, never, never!" and bash his head on the keyboard. LOL!
